Sassy's trip to Kennickey Kats was a very notable excursion. Her breeder, Karen Haard in Washington, does not like to air-ship babies, so Sassy traveled with a friend from Washington to Montana, where she appeared in a cat show. There, she was transferred to another friend from Minnesota where she spent the next week playing with Main Coon cats/kittens. The following weekend she moved on to another Maine Coon household for a week, when she was finally retrieved by me and she got to "come home". Sassy seemed to enjoy her trip. She made a lot of friends along the way, and had wonderful stories to use to 'break the ice' with her new buddies. Travelling is not unique in Sassy's heritage, as her mother was imported, and spent long hours enroute from Australia.
Sassy has grown into a very even tempered cat. Her coat is thick and rich in color, AND she raises kittens with very sweet personalities.

Halo came to us from another small cattery, located in Kentucky. When I first saw her I was fascinated with her head. The shape, vivid eye color and ear placement, all the things the breed standard calls for, were exactly where and how they were supposed to be. She has a very regal appearance and carriage. Her coat, although not as thick as some Abys, has strong ticking and very warm, rich color.
Halo is an attention hog, and very demanding in acquiring 'her fair share'She is a very good momma cat, and passes some of her feistiness on to her kittens.
